Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) and inventory planning for the Marimekko brand in Vietnam and Malaysia.
- Analyze sales, margin, and stock performance using Excel to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with buyers on monthly assortment plans, replenishment, and product launches.
- Monitor sales performance, sell-through rates, and ensure appropriate stock allocation.
- Collaborate with marketing and retail teams on trade activities and promotional strategies tailored to each market.
- Prepare and present monthly business reports to internal and regional stakeholders.
- Support smooth coordination between sourcing, logistics, and store operations teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
- Experience in merchandise planning or retail business analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Strong understanding of OTB, margin management, and inventory control.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in fashion retail is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.
