• Responsible for Create, Maintain and update (CMS) Website layout, landing pages of products and marketing campaign based on objectives.
• Improve website performance, Monitor & Analyze site performance (e.g. traffic, conversions), including optimize site loading speeds, minimize downtime and provide internal reports regularly.

Job Summary: To lead and oversee the integrated governance framework covering the Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Sustainability, and Internal Audit, ensuring all strategic, operational, financial, compliance, and reputational risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and mitigated effectively. This position will work closely with senior management and relevant stakeholders to foster a robust governance and embed a strong risk culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework in alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
• Identify key business risks and emerging risks; conduct risk assessments and scenario analyses.
• Monitor KRI results, evaluate risk mitigation strategies across departments and ensure that appropriate controls are in place and aligned with the company’s risk appetite.
• Lead the development of business continuity plans and crisis management strategies.
• Train and raise awareness among employees and leaders on risk management principles and practices.
• Ensure compliance with the internal policies and procedures, including relevant laws and regulations.
• Supervise the document control process for creating, revising, and cancelling the company’s policies and procedures to ensure effective internal controls
• Lead and execute internal audits to ensure effective risk management, internal controls, and compliance with applicable policies and regulations
• Lead the implementation of sustainability project and monitor ESG performance indicator
• Report the results and action plan progress related to risk, compliance, sustainability and internal audit issues to Risk Committee, Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Risk Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• At least 5–10 years of experience in Internal audit, Risk management, Compliance, with up to 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of ERM frameworks, internal audit, , ESG principles and corporate governance.
• Proven experience in working with Board-level executives and risk committees.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
