Responsibilities:
- Provide expert knowledge on coffee varieties, origins, and brewing methods to both customers and colleagues.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend coffee selections that suit their taste profiles.Ensure the highest standards in brewing techniques, maintaining consistency and quality in every cup served.
- Stay updated on the latest coffee trends, equipment, and accessories to make informed recommendations and enhance our product offerings.
- Work closely with our coffee suppliers, roasters, and internal teams to source and develop unique coffee blends that align with our brand.
- Organize and conduct coffee tastings, events, and workshops to promote our brand and educate customers.
- Monitor and maintain the freshness and quality of coffee beans, ensuring they meet our standards.
Requirements:
- A genuine love for coffee and a desire to share that passion with others.
- Proven experience as a Barista or Coffee Specialist with in-depth knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Strong commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
