Job Description
- 3 years experience in Fashion Retail role, with accountability for selecting ranges
- Accountability for sales, profit, Manage OTB & Stocks
- Prepares budget and oversees expenditures
- Experience working cross-functionally with Buyer retail, marketing and VM teams
- Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze business proposals
- Align processes, resources-planning and department goals with overall strategy
- Construct forecasts and analytical models
- Supervises requirements planning for department, division, project, or organization
- Supervises other planning personnel, such as consultants and developers
- Sets goals, forecast and procedures for project
- Communicates with other managers, supervisors, and colleagues
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Business, Experience in the fashion industry
- 3 years up working experience
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills & Highly organized & An intuitive grasp of brand with a customer first approach
- Well organized and pro-active with great attention to details and adaptable to the fast-pace of retail business dynamics
- A strong work ethic and proven track record of being proactive, committed and using initiative within retail
- Able to work independently and creatively, pre-empting and problem-solving issues as needed
- A positive and flexible approach, ready and willing to turn your hand to anything to get the job done
- Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to work on tight deadlines
- Computer literacy e.g. MS Excel, PowerPoint with good numerical skills
- Good command of Written and spoken English
