E-Commerce Site Operation

Responsibilities
– Responsible for Create, Maintain and update (CMS) Website layout, landing pages of products and marketing campaign based on objectives
– Collaborate with Marketing and Media Agency to execute and implement SEO Onsite
– Collaborate work with the marketing team to Develop and Setup a short and long-term promotions for online
– Will support setup and execution on daily email marketing program for seasonal campaigns, product launches and promotions
– Improve website performance, Monitor & Analyze site performance (e.g. traffic, conversions), including optimize site loading speeds, minimize downtime and provide internal reports regularly
– Pro-active trouble-shooting, debugging pages/fixing errors and resolving issues faced by customers in real-time to improve usability in the long-term
– Test websites across browsers, operating systems and devices
– Consulting with Project Team Lead, Developers and IT administrators to ensure necessary technical architecture is in place for website.

Requirements
– Familiarity with current Website, Email Marketing and Analytic tool platform standards (Magento EE, Shopify, Google Analytic)
– Well understanding of Website Analytics, SEO and current best practices in web design
– Good in English and Thai
– Work multi task-Work under pressures-Service Mind
