1.Support on magento admin task as consultant when business user is in trouble such as catalog master data, promotion setting, static content or related admin task.

2. To be 2nd line support of e-commerce incident.

3. Can be able to defined the scope of magento system and explain to business user to design business solution or operation workflow base on system limitation.

4. Can be able to investigate and identify the issue, bug or error and be a bridge to development team.

5.Provide the standardize and knowledge sharing between each business user for process improvement purpose.

Job Specification:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or IT related.

Familiar with magento 2 platform and work with ERP system.

Familiar with e-commerce operation workflow.

Willing to learn new IT technology relate with programing development.

Analytical and systematic thinking.

Good knowledge in SQL command.

Magento Commerce Cloud is a plus.

Knowledge in New Relic is a plus.

HTML, CSS and Javascript is a plus.

Database skill with Mysql is a plus.

Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint is a plus.

Good written and verbal communication in English
