Jaspal Group 4R Strategy: Redefining Green Logistics. Reduce – Replace – Recycle - Reuse

Jaspal Group, led by Yodchai Orrapunthip, Chief Logistics and Factory Production Officer, continues to advance sustainability through the “4R Strategy – Reduce, Replace, Recycle, Reuse,” driving initiatives that minimize environmental impact across our operations.

Reduce – Optimizing packaging design by adjusting box sizes to match product volume. This reduces excess material usage and improves transport efficiency.
Replace – Introducing reusable Tote Boxes to replace single-use cartons. Durable and recyclable, Tote Boxes significantly cut down paper waste. In the first half of 2025, more than 10,000 cartons were eliminated.
Recycle – Launching new employee uniforms, UltraTech Recycle Shirts, made from polyester blended with recycled PET bottles — transforming plastic waste into sustainable workwear.
Reuse – Promoting the reuse of product delivery boxes returned from stores, reducing the demand for new packaging and reinforcing a circular materials cycle.
