Key Responsibilities
- Develop category/brands trade plan and prioritize campaign level for ecommerce platform to drive commercial performance to achieve target.
 - Drive and lead the working collaboration with platforms and brand team to deliver best in class online execution and gaining optimal shopper experience.
 - Create campaign mechanic and promotional scheme that fit with platform’s insight aligned with Monthly and Yearly Sale targets.
 - Monthly performance analysis with pre/post campaign evaluation and ROI management.
 - Manage media budget with ability to optimize the key investment vs visibility gained from platforms.
 - Respond for buying of products and handling the gross margins, inventory and sell-thru management.
 - Understanding the customer base and identifying their motivations and factors that drive sales.
 
Qualification
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in trade marketing, with a preference for the fashion industry.
 - 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce and website.
 - Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
 - Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams.
 - Good command of spoken and written English
