Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all Human Resource Management functions ranging from recruitment, retention, and retrenchment for staffs
- Verify and consolidate the compensation for staff and submit the related documents to the payroll agency for salary calculation
- Manage Staff Benefits (i.e. leave, medical benefits, annual leaves, per diem & reimbursement)
- Learn & research about the employment act/ labor law and local HR practice
- Contact outsourcing parties in terms of recruitment, payroll and labor compliance
- Work closely with International Operations in regards to all staff-related matters
- Communicate and provide constant support to the team
- Conduct disciplinary actions, personnel action and termination as necessary
- Facilitate annual performance appraisal and salary increment
- Coordinate with Finance and related departments for manpower costing
- Manage employee data in HR system
- Ensure all of HR documents are strictly followed
Qualifications;
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in HR function
- Able to communicate in English skill in both written and spoken
- Familiar with global or international HR platform
- Positive attitude, mature, detail-oriented, high responsibility with result-driven
- Good interpersonal and collaboration skill
- Good skill in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
